The design and development department is the brain behind product creation and is the main strength of our company. Based on the requested specifications, we do everything from component design to analysis and experimentation. Despite various obstacles such as performance, weight reduction, strength/durability, and cost reduction, we continue to pursue innovation and evolution and do our best to meet customer expectations. Our mission is to provide the highest quality products and contribute to industrial development.
We have a complete design and development environment. We have introduced 3D CAD software and practiced development simultaneously. Additionally, we can develop high-quality products by verifying products using CAE analysis software and creating a database of previous experimental and analysis results. We also have a variety of testing equipment and are able to carry out tests and evaluations according to customer requests.
Our asset is the wealth of experience and data we collect. We are working on new design, development, testing and evaluation based on our previous experience. Our development capabilities have been highly evaluated, and as we have more opportunities to work as guest engineers at customer sites, we are actively initiating joint research with industry, government and academia.
To increase the sophistication of existing parts, we collaborate with technology and manufacturing departments to propose ways to reduce weight through innovative development and construction methods. We set goals every year and focus on developing parts that use aluminum sheet metal and ultra-high tensile strength materials. We also attach importance to the performance impact of weight reduction, and strive to respond to the different performance requirements of each customer.
